Mr. Md. Helal Uddin Khan has 14 years of experience in market and development research and project management. Being Research Director of Org-Quest Research Limited, his major responsibility is to assist the Managing Director (Evaluation Team Lead of this project) in research project design, survey design and supervision, survey tools development and translation, daily progress monitoring, development of proposal, data analysis, report writing and business development.
Mr. Khan started his career in 2006 at Org-Quest Research Limited as research executive. Then he moved to Nielsen Company Bangladesh Limited as Manager, Client service in 2011. In 2016, he joined Parlance Consulting Services Limited as Hear of Quantitative Research. In 2020, he came back to Org-Quest Research Limited and joined the organization as Research Director.
Has expertise is on quantitative researches especially larger multi-country surveys. His Market research client includes: GrameenPhone (Telenor), Nokia, Ericsson, Axiata, PMI, Coca-Cola, John Deere, Bajaj, Holcim, Lafarge, Arla Foods, BRAC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, The City Bank, AHZ Agro Ltd, TNS, Prime Bank, Mutual Trust Bank, BAT, PMI, JTI.

In 2014 Mr. Khan developed Agro Research wing at Nielsen, which was a new research wing at the organization. Also he was the CAPI champion at Nielsen and launch CAPI survey first time in Bangladeh on behalf of the organization.
